Here at Khuva our main goal is to bring health back in to our community, either through diet, supplements or physical exercise. Our first intention is not to become rich and powerful but to see others around us become healthy, to be able to experience life without the drawbacks of sickness. We believe that God created us to seek wisdom and understanding but He also created our bodies to heal. Wisdom in our food choices, understanding in ways to combat what we cannot control and healing when only God can. Sometimes it is as simple as a maintenance issue, meaning, our health is directly related to our daily choices. It amazes us to see what the human body is capable of withstanding. Consuming sodas, processed foods, fast foods, tobacco, alcohol, and drugs daily for decades and the human body can still heal, God can still heal you. He made our bodies resilient yet fragile. It is never too late to begin healthy life choices. Khuva was made with this very idea; to begin to take back our health, to educate ourselves on healthy immune building practices and to turn our bodies back over to our Creator. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be expensive when we decide to eat to live instead of living to eat. It can be enjoyable and doesn’t have to be bland and boring. Eating healthy is the first step in a healthy microbiome and a healthy microbiome makes for a healthy body. Maintain the gut and health will flow. The easiest answer to this without over complicating is to eat real food. Real food being fruits, vegetables, legumes and cereals (not breakfast cereal), Short Chain Fatty Acids are the prebiotics our body needs to maintain that healthy microbiome.
Some of us though are not at a point where eating high fiber foods is an option, due to inflammation in the gut. That’s why we are introducing Khuva Postbiotics as our first supplement to market. Used consistently our customers have noticed a drastic reduction in gut inflammation giving them the ability to eat the foods they should but previously could not. Khuva Postbiotics are the benefits received from Probiotics digesting Prebiotics or SCFA (Short Chain Fatty Acids). Postbiotics are the bioactive compounds created through this fermentation that help to reduce inflammation, reduce diarrhea and lessen symptoms related to inflammation or allergies.
